The AG-TPF07 Temperature-Pressure-Flow Monitor consists of a Pitot tube, resistance temperature detector (RTD), differential/absolute pressure sensor array, blowback unit, and signal control processor. Designed specifically for high-dust, high-temperature, high-humidity, and highly corrosive environments in emission flue gas monitoring, this integrated system provides real-time continuous measurement of flue gas velocity, dynamic pressure, static pressure, and temperature, suitable for monitoring gas flow velocity, pressure, temperature, and volumetric flow rate. The AG-TPF07 employs the Pitot tube principle to measure flue gas velocity. By using the Pitot tube, pressure sensors, and temperature sensors to detect the dynamic pressure, static pressure, and temperature of the flue gas, these parameters correlate with the gas flow velocity, enabling quantitative determination of the emission gas velocity.
